To address the problem of supporting digital dictation products we offer technical support on-line and on site, both for customers who have bought equipment from us and for those who purchased equipment from elsewhere.

Annual technical support contract LFHATS Our Annual Technical Support Contract offers unlimited technical support on-line and over the phone in the scope of Digital Dictation Systems. Within the contract most of the queries are covered by the contract. So if you need to reinstall the software, configure it again or simply change your settings you're not exposed to extra costs. Technical Support 'Pay As You Go' For customers who need support from time to time we can offer technical support on a pay as you go basis. So you simply buy our time when you need it. This covers all support queries within the scope of Digital Dictation systems. This support is available only by pre booked appointments.
Installation and Training On-Site Some customers prefer to have someone on-site who will install and provide the training. This option is also available- it all depends how many machines you're going to buy and where they must be installed. There is no fixed price for it - so to receive individual quotations for Installation and Training On-Site please contact us.
